Tierra Dorada Covenants Summary
- Only single family residences are permitted.
- Primary residence must be at least 2,000
square feet of heated living space.
- One detached guest quarters may be constructed.
Minimum 800 square feet.
- The only outbuildings allowed are for garages, animals, and the like.
Limited to 20 feet in height.
- No mining, drilling, quarrying, etc. is permitted.
- Lots must be kept in a clean, sightly, and wholesome condition.
- No structures built off-site are permitted.
- Fencing is permitted if design is approved.
- Construction must be completed within 24 months.
- No commercial usage is permitted.
- No temporary structures are permitted.
- No advertising signs are permitted.
- No clotheslines, dog runs, service yards, and so forth are permitted.
- RVs, boats, motor-driven cycles, large trucks and other recreational
vehicles may be parked only in a garage or in a screened area.
- No abandoned or inoperable vehicles of any kind are permitted.
- No long-term dismantling, repair, rebuilding, or repainting of any kinds of
vehicles is permitted.
- All utilities must be underground.
- No hunting is allowed.
- No annoying lights, sounds or odors are permitted.
- No garbage, rubbish or cuttings may be deposited in any road.
